Центр разработки международного инвестиционного банка в Москве приглашает на работу руководителя группы разработчиков.

The successful candidate will be responsible for technical leadership of the application and will work in close cooperation with Application Owner and Architects on guiding and reviewing the critical pieces of the application developed on the vendor side, defining the best technologies/approaches for the functional and non-functional requirements in conjunction with the architecture teams, following its compliance and data-protection requirements. In addition to that the candidate will participate in SDLC tuning.

Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities include:

• Complete and elaborate technical software design (high level design) in accordance with solution designed by solution architect and documentation of the same.
• Conduct design reviews
• Assesses and identifies mitigation of risks including those related to high level design, integration, and quality of data.
• Ensure architectural changes (as defined by architects) are being implemented.
• Identifies dependencies between software product components, between technical components, and between applications and interfaces.
• Specify/select tools to enhance development process where required
• Contribute to the definition of development and SW standards to implement/reflect the db guidelines (naming conventions, encryption, security settings) and ensure standards are being adhered to.
• Level 3 support for technical infrastructure components
• Contribute to problem and root cause analysis

Requirements:

Experience/Background:
- IT academic background in one of the major Russian institutions;
- at least 5 years of software development experience;
- project management experience is a plus

Skills Required:
- hands-on experience in Agile/SCRUM methodology
- expert knowledge in Java, Flex, WebLogic and WebSphere;
- Architecture design principles and pattern understanding
- Good understanding of successful software engineering, development processes and methodologies.
- TibCo iProcess Suite (BusinessWorks, iProcess etc) is a plus
- Advanced/Upper-Intermediate English
